For Health and Safety Issues We Can’t Accept the Return of Any Products Containing CBD

Due to Health Department regulations, we are unable to accept physical product returns of products containing CBD.


If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price by contacting us at .


For Pet Products

Since we are unable to accept physical returns, we apologize for any inconvenience but please feel free to offer the unused products to your friends, your neighbors, or, even better, to a local no-kill animal shelter.

For Damaged Products

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hrs. of receipt..

If you wish to return a damaged item, you may do so within 48 hrs. from receiving it. You will receive a refund within 14 days from when we receive the item at Yardley’s Naturals

Please send an email to for instructions. Only after receiving a confirmation email for the return will you be able to return the damaged products. The address where the product has to be returned to, will be communicated in this email.  Please enclose relevant account information and please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment.
